Improve response rates and avoid "wearing out" a phone number by linking multiple smrtPhone numbers to a smrtDialer Campaign.
When creating or modifying Campaign Settings within smrtDialer, you have the option to add multiple phone numbers to be used when dialing out. For example, you may want to put together a group of numbers matching the area code of the region you are dialing.
Once the pool is set, smrtDialer will automatically rotate through the Caller IDs in a round-robin-like fashion. When it's time to dial again, it will use the number with the fewest calls on it in that session for the next outbound call, making sure there are associated call logs for each and every caller ID.
