Incoming Text Alert - with Sound!
🚨 Get visual and sound notification in the smrtPhone Web App when a text is received
Each User can select whether or not to have in-app text message notifications.
To enable/disable this notification go to Dashboard > My Account > Inbox Alert notification and toggle to your preferred selection.
- Visual alert: The notification appears as a small bar in the upper right corner of the Web App with a brief message preview.
- Sound alert: A gentle sound plays when you receive a text message or voicemail. Even if you are working in a different tab, you can hear this sound and know there is a new message received.
You can mute the sound alert with the setting "Mute Inbox Notifications" setting just below the Inbox Alert setting toggle.
