Multi-Agent Calling on One Campaign
Have multiple Users tackle one Campaign - together!
Users can now start another session on a Campaign that is already being run by someone else. Head to your smrtDialer Campaigns and simply start another session on the Campaign of your choice.
- Admins can assign multiple agents to a single Campaign
- Calls will be distributed, so leads will not be attempted at the same time
- All features and configurations will remain the same for each agent
