Connect multiple smrtPhone accounts to the same Salesforce Org
Keep different aspects of your business connected to one Salesforce Org with ease! Larger businesses often use multiple smrtPhone accounts depending on their strategic goals, for reasons such as:
- Different locations
- Departments or Branches
- Inbound vs Outbound
And now you can connect them all to one Org and route to a custom Object, regardless of how many accounts are feeding into it.
Note: Each Salesforce User can be assigned to one smrtPhone account at a time inside of Salesforce. Admins can adjust as needed. Users can use the Switch Account feature within smrtPhone’s platform to easily toggle themselves between active accounts.
