New Webhook Triggers Added
We’ve expanded our list of webhook triggers, which means more ways to automate messages and information.
smrtPhone has added 9 new events that can trigger webhooks — a dynamic resource that allows our systems to automatically send information to your other software platforms or CRMs. New events means more ways to build automation into your processes, which saves time and increases productivity.
Check out the newly added webhook triggers:
- Add User - New user added
- Delete User - User deleted
- Incoming SMS - New SMS message reached your inbox
- Outgoing SMS - New SMS message sent from your (selected) number
- Incoming Call Answered - New call to your number
- Call Initiated - New call initiated from your account
- Call Status Updated - Call Status updated for a phone call
- Call Notes Updated - Call Notes updated
- SMS Delivery Callback - Status of SMS message
