Recent Calls Synced Across Dialers
🔁 All three dialer completely aligned in functionality
We've been working hard to bring our three dialers (Web App, Chrome Extension, and Mobile App) into complete lockstep.
Now, recent calls routed to your user can be seen across all platforms no matter which dialer was used. It's easier to track activity and get back in touch, wherever you are.
The functions that sync across all three platforms:
- Rejecting an incoming call - Declining on one dialer rejects it across your entire smrtPhone user account.
- Viewing inbox - Your voicemails and messages (individual and group) are centralized within smrtPhone and accessible from all platforms.
- Contacts -Your contacts are centralized within smrtPhone, so you can access them from any of the dialers.
- Recent calls - Your recent call logs are synced meaning you can call back someone you talked to on the Chrome Extension with one click from your smrtPhone Mobile App. Up to 100 recent calls can be viewed.
The dialers operate independently in one important way: setting yourself online or away. These work separately to give you control over exactly where calls ring. If you want zero notification of incoming calls - turn yourself away on all three dialers.
