smrtPhone is dedicated to a seamless customer experience, but the reality is that sometimes technical issues occur. Whether it's from our carriers or us at smrtPhone, we know it's important to be transparent with you. This is why we've created a Status Page to help you quickly identify whether smrtPhone is experiencing issues.
From our new Status Page you can:
- Identify current smrtPhone Status with timestamp
- View recent Incidents and Uptime, sortable by Products
- Subscribe and get notified of incident updates or scheduled maintenance via email, text, Slack, Atom Feed or RSS Feed
To find the Status Page, head to the smrtPhone Help Button at the bottom right of your screen, in any Platform. It's also always available at https://status.smrtphone.io/.
