View information about your smrtDialer Campaigns visually more easily with smrtDialer's upgraded call logs!
For Campaigns created from an Excel file, you have a new filter: "Pushed to CRM." Quickly see how many of a Campaign's calls were pushed to your CRM, giving crucial insight to the effectiveness of a Campaign and list quality.
Go to smrtDialer > Campaign > Total Calls > select "View Calls" to see the new screen with filtering options.
Use dropdown menus to filter a Campaign's call log by Date, User Name, Status, Phone Number, Length of Calls, and more!
The more detailed and customizable your filters are, the easier it is to understand which Campaigns and lists are worth your time.
