Webhooks available in smrtPhone
🎉 Developers rejoice! Create Webhook triggers from smrtPhone events.
Webhooks are a powerful, dynamic resource where smrtPhone can send automated messages or updates to other apps (e.g. your CRM.) You can use this information to improve automation and productivity. We recommend you engage with your developer to take full advantage of the Webhooks available in smrtPhone.
The initial set of Webhooks focus on phone number events:
- Adding a contact phone number to DNC inside smrtPhone
- Removing a contact phone number from DNC inside smrtPhone
- Buying a new phone number for your portfolio
- Deleting a phone number from your portfolio
- Updating the Friendly Name of a phone number
While creating a Webhook, you can choose one or multiple, or all of the events available in this list. Review the documentation to get details about the Webhook payloads required.
