Webhooks for smrtDialer
New Webhooks for smrtDialer allow automated data to other software, like your CRM!
In smrtPhone, you can trigger Webhooks from certain Events. These signals are triggered in real-time, and will send automatic messages or information to outside software, such as your CRM, once the event occurs. We've added four new Webhook events, all for smrtDialer:
- 📲 Call Initiated: A new call was initiated within a smrtDialer Campaign
- ☎️ Call Completed: A call was completed in a smrtDialer Campaign
- ✅ Call Status Completed: Call Status completed for a smrtDialer call
- 📝 Call Notes Updated: Call Notes updated from smrtDialer call
