bulk recording downloads

you need a bulk call download feature- rather than a single call and having to goto the listening to it screen to be able to downlaod it - you need to program in a way top download our recorded calls in bulk maybe by user or time frame etc.. this seems like such a basic feature to not already have.. the way a user needs to download calls is very time consumiong and frusterating.
