Just thought it might be a good idea for an admin to be able to see all the inbound/outbound SMS and VM's under a users account. In case that user isn't replying to all the messages. Just to check in and make sure nothing is falling through the cracks. Especially the unread messages.

This can be accomplished by using the filters in the SMS logs!
