Ability to dial each phone number twice before moving onto the next record in smartDialer. We do this all the time and this is called double tap when we use the regular smrtPhone. This increases the chances of somebody picking up the phone significantly. Most marketing agencies recommend that each lead is actually called three times in a row, what they call triple tap. And I would like to do this through smrtDialer.
