I notice that when we use the dialer, there is a delay of few seconds, since someone picking up, until the agent hear the lead. If we can fix it, it will be great

My understanding is that is due to the A.I. voice feature, simply takes a fraction of a second to make the decision. My work around is the moment anything goes green i start speaking! This yields good results i think. My other work around is to just say "hello?" like its their fault. (obviously not great solutions but better than people hanging up!

Hi ,
If you are using the AI voice detection, there is often a small delay as the system is attempting to verify if the call is being answered by a machine or a human being. This is standard across most dialing systems. This can be fixed by turning AI voice detecting off and another cause can be if the person you are calling has a low signal.
