Text Message not Sent - show info into CRM

When a text message is not delivered, I would like that to be displayed in the communication app. A lot of times we view the text messages inside of podio, and we can not know if a text was delivered or not.

Use Sticky Caller ID for SmrtDialer

Have the option to enable Sticky Caller ID on SmrtDialer when creating campaigns to followup with leads who have previously been spoken to to ensure that lead connection is maintained and new Caller ID's aren't used to followup with leads.

Scheduled Text Message

It would be very valuable to have the ability to schedule when text messages go out. First because "composing" messages is low level work (no offense to anyone) so it could (and should) be done by VA's that may be in different times zones. Second this would allow messages to be queued so as to comply with the strict texting regulations - easier to maintain compliance

Allow the assignment of numbers to a specific user. Currently, if the Caller ID "Change" feature is toggled a user can see all of the numbers in the account. This is a basic feature amongst cloud dialers and should be easily integrated to allow Users to swap their numbers easily and effortlessly. Currently, my users have to scroll down on a list of 40.
